Coaching is the process of accompanying a person or a group in their journey towards achieving their objectives and goals or succeeding in a project. It's helping people to unlock their inner potential and strengths through awareness raising and focussed attention. It's supporting learning and growth in a manner that is adapted to each client's situation and needs while being respectful of their values and dreams.
Coaching is a powerful approach to capacity development that can be used on its own or as a complement to other learning strategies.
Coaching can help you if you, your team or your organization are in one or more of the following situations:
- you seek to improve your performance;
- you need help to adjust in a new environment or culture;
- you face a challenge and are not quite sure how to proceed to overcome it;
- you are suffering from stress-related issues;
- you are having a hard time adapting to change;
- you seek to change a behavior but are having a hard time doing it;
- you find yourself at a crossroad and are having a hard time deciding what to do next;
- you are unsure what your life purpose is;
- you seek personal growth;
- you are looking for someone to accompany you on the path to the fulfillment of your dreams.
I offer both individual and group sessions
Sessions can be face to face or online
I teach international projects' teams to use coaching tools and principles in their work
